Why should I consider hiring a deaf employee?
. Where can I find information on laws that specifically apply to employers concerning deaf employee or job applicants?
. Will I have to hire a contract interpreter every time I want to speak with an employee who is deaf? Will I have to hire a permanent staff interpreter to have on hand so I can communicate with an employee who is deaf?

. I have no idea of what might be involved in having a deaf worker. Is there a support group for employers? I would need support - a place where I could go to get answers or advice.
How would I use an interpreter? What are the rules? Actually, I am clueless. I feel bad about that, but I just have no idea.
How do I know the interpreter wouldn't share our corporate secrets - our proprietary recipe or copyright protected industrial process? Our employees are sworn to secrecy, but what about interpreters? They're not my employee because their service is contracted. I can't see how I would be protected.
